- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Steer clear of this company Sent my appliance for repair through domestic & general policy, these were the appointed company for my area.
My appliance was repaired but was returned with a part broken, which was very disappointing.
Company refused to replace damaged part, (glued it)
Terrible customer service from head office (Mr B******) who accused me of breaking it.
Very arrogant and flippant attitude the company can not be trusted to take care of customers property.By f, November 27, 2020
